I have been making this dish for years and can honestly say it is a favorite of both my girls, and my husband. You won’t believe how easy it is to make either! I often make this casserole ahead of time, even up to a couple of days. It is perfect for a pot luck too. The price tag on this one is very low and goes along way!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound hamburger or ground turkey

1 10-12 ounce package of noodles (I like either farfalle or spirals, but any will do)

1 can tomatoe soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 15 oz can creamed corn

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese

1 15 oz can black olives pitted and well drained

DIRECTIONS:

Brown meat and boil noodles according to package directions. Drain meat well and place in a large bowl. Drain noodles and rinse under cold water to stop cooking process, place cooked noodles in bowl with the meat and mix. Add both the cans of soup,( no water ), and the creamed corn to meat and noodles. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a large casserole dish. In separate dish mix olives with cheese and spread over the top of the meat mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until hot throughout and bubbly. Yummy!
